Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, personable, and client-focused Client Services Representative to join our front desk team. This role goes beyond traditional reception duties—you will play a key role in helping clients understand treatment plans, navigate financial options, and confidently move forward with care decisions for their pets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling, check-ins, and phone calls
- Clearly explain treatment plans and provide accurate estimates
- Confidently discuss costs, payment options, and financing solutions
- Build trust with clients to help them feel comfortable making financial decisions
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless client communication
- Maintain organized and accurate records
