Position Summary
The Registered Client Services Associate plays a critical role in supporting financial advisors and delivering exceptional client experiences. This position requires strong regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, account maintenance, and service requests.
Collaborate directly with financial advisors to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
Process transactions, manage documentation, and maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and preparation of client presentations.
Monitor and enforce compliance standards across all client interactions and documentation.
Coordinate with broker-dealer and custodial platforms for account-related activities.
Provide proactive communication to clients regarding account updates, deadlines, and regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications
- Licenses: Series 7 & Series 66
- Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuities License
- Minimum 2 years in a registered client services role with a broker-dealer.
- Strong compliance background and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and compliance processes.
- Proven ability to work directly with financial advisors and manage client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
