Position Summary
Shutts & Bowen is seeking a Mid-Level Associate, Senior Associate or Partner for its Private Client Services Practice Group in our Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach offices. The successful candidate will have 4-15 years of relevant experience in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration and related services to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations and corporate fiduciaries such as banks and trust companies. Attorney will work closely with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates. LLM in Tax or Estate Planning preferred but not required. Must be or be willing to become a member of the Florida Bar.
