What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Assistant/Surgery Technician position at Pet Dental Clinic?
Pet Dental Clinic, currently located in Longmont, Colorado, is a veterinary hospital focused solely on dentistry and wellness. We provide quality, affordable dentistry services for dogs, cats, and ferrets. We offer a well-designed schedule and fee structure that promotes clear expectations for employees and clients. We will be moving to a larger facility in Loveland, Colorado beginning August, 2026.
We have all 5-star reviews for client satisfaction and have a high demand for the outstanding service and experience we provide. We are expanding hours and looking for exceptional veterinary technicians to join our team! We have three shift options available--7:30-3:30, 9:20-5:20, and 10:30-6:30.
Each technician will see approximately 2-3 patients per day and be responsible for their care start to finish. This position is for technicians who are passionate about dentistry, anesthesia, and providing exceptional client care. We are looking for friendly, kind people, with excellent communication skills.

Prior anesthesia and dental experience is required. You do not need to be a credentialed technician to apply for this position, but you will need to demonstrate proficiency in technical skills to work within this role.
