About the Role:

The Commercial Pest Control Technician plays a critical role in maintaining safe, hygienic, and pest-free environments for a variety of commercial clients in Edwardsville, IL, and Florissant, MO. This position involves the thorough inspection, identification, and treatment of pest infestations using industry-approved methods and products. The technician will develop and implement customized pest management plans tailored to the specific needs of each commercial facility, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Success in this role directly contributes to protecting client property, preserving public health, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective pest control solutions. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state pest control applicator licenses as required.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial pest control or a related field.
