Outside Sales Representative – Residential Pest Control & Lawn Care

This is a field-based sales role where you'll meet with homeowners, educate them on Pest Bear's pest control and lawn care services, and help protect what matters most. If you're competitive, enjoy talking with people, and want the opportunity to build a six-figure income, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Receive

What You'll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout the Orlando market
- Meet with homeowners to discuss pest control and lawn care solutions
- Generate new customer accounts
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals
We're Looking For
- Sales experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 23 years old
