Flex Sales is expanding within Florida into Lee and Charlotte counties and we looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join our team as a Entry-Level Sales Representative. We are Proudly partnered with AT&T, we deliver high-quality residential services—fiber internet, wireless, and TV—directly to customers through face-to-face, in-home outreach.

About This Position
- Outside sales role – meet homeowners in their homes
- Not cold calling – you’ll work with pre-qualified leads who already expressed interest in AT&T services
- Build rapport, educate customers, and guide them through tailored solutions
- Goal: Learn sales/marketing quickly → transition into leadership & management

Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible schedule - five hours a day after 12:30PM, with occasional weekends
- Location: In-person, residential sales
- License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
- Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)
