About the Role
We’re looking for a top-performing Territory / D2D Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our residential pest control sales force in Southwest Florida. This is a builder’s role: you'll recruit your own team, implement systems, and own your market. The faster and better you grow your team, the faster your income scales.
You’ll work directly with company leadership to drive territory expansion across Florida — both through greenfield branches and acquisitions.
You’ll work directly with ownership and senior leadership — with a clear upward path to regional leadership or Chief Sales Officer (CSO) as the company grows. Your performance will shape the company’s future footprint, culture, and bottom line.
This is not a capped role. It’s for a leader who wants ownership, influence, and big upside.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-performing door-to-door sales team from the ground up
- Recruit, train, and manage sales reps to hit and exceed KPIs
- Own all team performance: volume, churn, close rates, velocity
- Lead daily field meetings and coach live in-market
- Collaborate with exec team to shape and expand growth strategy
- Maintain a culture of ethical, honest selling
- Roll out processes, technology, and systems as the team grows

Ideal Background
- Have 2 years of D2D or high-velocity B2C sales leadership experience (pest control preferred)
- Know how to build teams, motivate reps, and hold people accountable
- Have a track record of coaching reps to consistent high output
- Love being in the field and leading from the front
- Are highly coachable, competitive, and ethical
- Want a clear path to executive leadership
- Bonus: prior pest control, solar, alarms, or HVAC sales experience
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
