Inside Sales Representative

PMi is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll speak with customers, identify their needs, recommend solutions, and help protect homes and residential properties through our pest, termite, wildlife, crawlspace, and other property protection services.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Follow up on leads, estimates, referrals, and sales opportunities
• Make outbound calls to prospective, existing, and inactive customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
• Explain services, pricing, programs, warranties, and service agreements
• Convert leads into scheduled services and recurring customers
• Schedule new and recurring service appointments
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate customer records
• Promote additional services through cross-selling, upselling, and referral opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to support customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous inside sales, customer service, call center, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Confidence in closing sales and overcoming objections
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with computers and business software applications
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
