What You'll Do- Inspect residential properties, including interiors, exteriors, crawl spaces, and attics
- Identify pest issues and recommend effective treatment solutions
- Perform pest control treatments in accordance with product labels and company standards
- Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations
- Present service recommendations based on inspection findings
- Accurately document services and customer interactions
- Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and materials
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state pest control licenses and certifications
- Previous pest control experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including crawl spaces and attics
