We are looking for a full-time Studio Manager who can lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and drive a successful launch. What This Role Involves
This position begins before the studio opens, so the first phase of your role will be focused on the pre-launch build up. This includes pre-sale marketing, community outreach, hiring and training your team, and preparing the studio for opening day. If you have experience in pre-sale, pre-opening, or launch operations, that will stand out in a major way.
Once the doors open, you will lead by example, setting the tone for excellence in service, sales, and team culture. You will be hands-on with guests, coaching your team daily, and making sure every detail of the experience matches Perspire’s standards.
