We’re seeking a full-time studio manager to join our leadership team at Perspire Sauna Studio Huebner Oaks. If you are confident, self-motivated, results-oriented, and love helping others feel their best, this is the perfect job for you.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
• Working with guests. All the time. If you want a non-selling “office” job, this isn’t it.
• Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

• Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. We care about results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
• A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
• Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
• A history of excellence – a life story that shows us that you’re never satisfied with “just OK”.
