The Assistant Manager is responsible for the following, including but not limited to:
- Ordering studio supplies
- Maintaining great studio appearance
- Working with the manager to reach sales goals
- Maintaining a positive and FUN work environment
- Cleaning and maintenance list completion
- Receiving and unpacking pottery
- Organizing team activities
- Maintaining studio supplies
- Pottery display areas
Clay Casa is seeking an Assistant Manager who:
- has a positive attitude and is fun!
- is a people person and loves working with children
- highly values exceptional customer service
- is creative and artistic, but NO ARTISTIC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- is flexible regarding work scheduling and willing to work weekends and some nights and holidays
- is extremely organized and detail-oriented
- experience with a point of sale system is a plus
- management experience is a plus but is not required
- is available on Sundays
Wages -- Starting hourly wage is $14 an hour plus tips, with tips ranging from $4 to $6 an hour
Availability - - Full-time with Fridays and Sundays required
