Hours: 3 shifts per week minimum availability to include weekend hours. Current available hours are primarily weekday afternoon/evenings 3:30pm - 8:30pm; weekend shifts 8am - 1pm; 1pm - 5:30pm. Additional shifts available for pick-up as needed.
This is a growth path position for the right individual, with opportunity for promotion to Membership Sales Associate role within the company.

Studio Hospitality And Wellness Attendant Responsibilities
Studio Cleanliness
- Promptly clean and turn over the sauna room when the guests exit, ensuring that it is pristinely prepped for the next appointment
- Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process
- Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibilities
- Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
- Support Sales Associates through miscellaneous tasks including back-of-house duties
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus!
- A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
- A consistently awesome team-player attitude
- A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior customer service experience
- Evening and weekend availability

- Minimum 16 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying supplies or towels (up to 25 lbs)
- Ability to safely and thoroughly clean sauna suites between guest appointments using non-toxic cleaning products
- Able to navigate between studio suites quickly and efficiently during high-volume times
- Capable of operating basic cleaning and sanitizing equipment (e.g., vacuum)
- Comfortable working in a hot environment and transitioning between sauna suite temperatures and ambient areas
- Able to respond quickly and physically in the event of a guest safety concern or facility need
