Position Details
- 12–30 hours per week
- Must have general availability, including some weekends
- Competitive hourly rate commission
- Free IR Sauna Membership
- Paid training
This role blends hospitality, wellness education, and membership guidance.
- Greet every guest warmly — by name and with genuine enthusiasm
- Create a calm, welcoming studio atmosphere
- Educate guests about our services and help them choose the right wellness plan
- Guide guests through studio tours and answer questions with confidence
- Make follow-up calls to new leads and trial guests
- Recommend memberships that support guests’ wellness goals
- Manage appointments and sales using our booking software
- Maintain a clean, organized, spa-like environment
- Assist with room turnover and towel organization
- Support administrative tasks and membership updates
