Restaurant General Manager

We are looking for an energetic, team-focused Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for driving sales and profitability while maintaining high standards for quality, customer service, merchandising, and food safety.Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the team.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Manage operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, and order fulfillment.
• Oversee production, special orders, deliveries, inventory, and supply ordering.
• Set sales and productivity goals and adjust staffing based on business needs.
• Manage labor, inventory, supplies, and other expenses to maximize profitability.
• Maintain brand, product quality, merchandising, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Complete payroll, reporting, inventory, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Build community relationships and represent the brand at local events and partnerships.
• Step into all roles as needed to support the team and business.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma/GED required; college education is a plus.
• Must have previous P & L responsibility to drive revenue, control costs, budget, and forecast.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, foodservice, or a similar environment.
• Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop a team.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing schedules, and inventory
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; willingness to learn new technology.
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days.

Starting salary is $52,000 with opportunities for bonuses and advancement!
