Material Handlers - Assemblers -Ship/Rec Clerks

Our Award-Winning client located in Eden Prairie; MN, is looking to add dynamic people to their growing and expanding team. The right people for these positions must have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to read diagrams, and basic math skills. In these positions you will be responsible for the assembly of products, packaging of products, and being part of a strong team.

1st Shift:

Material Handlers, $18.00-$21.00/hr.

Receiving Clerks, $18.25-$23.50/hr.

Shipping Coordinator, $20.00-$25.00/hr.

Punch Press Operator, $18.25-$23.50/hr.

2nd Shift:

Molding Operator, $18.00-$21.00/hr.

Production Assemblers, $18.00-$19.00/hr.

Schedule:

1st Shift Receiving Clerk and Shipping Coordinator: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Monday through Friday

1st Shift Assembler, Material Handler, and Punch Press Operator: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday

2nd Shift Assembler and Molding Operator: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM Monday through Thursday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

These will vary according to position.

COMPETENCIES:

1. Good verbal communication skills

2. Ability to read and comprehend written production instructions, policy manuals and safety instructions

3. Ability to use basic math skills

4. Ability to work safely

5. Ability to manipulate parts of all sizes

6. Must have good hand-eye coordination

7. Ability to measure accurately

8. Ability to visually inspect and compare the difference between good and bad products.

9. Ability to read workflow diagrams

10. Ability to learn multiple tasks/processes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have acceptable attendance record
• Ability to stand for 10 hr. shifts
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to pass a Drug Screening & Background Check
