This position offers $30–$32/hour to start and the potential for full-time conversion ($65–$70K annually) based on performance and attendance. The ideal candidate will have facility operations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Operations & Maintenance: Track and respond to facility requests, coordinate moves and improvements, manage budgets, and oversee preventive maintenance.
2. Purchasing & Vendor Management: Source and manage vendors, generate purchase orders, maintain inventory, and ensure service-level standards are met.
3. Safety & Security: Support audits, training, compliance, and incident reporting; ensure OSHA and company policy adherence.
4. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, reports, and facility procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2. 5 years in facility operations or maintenance.
3. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
4. TMS/WMS experience preferred; Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
5. Strong vendor management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
