.What You’ll Do:
- Assist with underwriting and servicing accounts, including: Business Owners Policies (BOP), Workers’ Compensation, Bonds, Cyber Liability
- Communicate with clients and agents via phone and email
- Prepare, review, and process policy documents and applications
- Support marketing and placement of new and renewal business
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer-focused with a professional, personable approach
- Computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Preferred (but not required):
- Insurance experience (Personal Lines or Commercial Lines)
- Understanding of underwriting or policy processing
