F&B Manager – Hip, Modern Hotel | Bryant Park / Midtown NYC

A stylish, design-forward hotel in the heart of Bryant Park / Midtown Manhattan is seeking a passionate and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join its leadership team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all F&B operations, driving service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences across multiple outlets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day F&B operations across the hotel’s outlets, ensuring seamless service and high standards
• Inspire, train, and develop a high-performing FOH team
• Maintain a strong floor presence, leading by example during service
• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to enhance offerings and guest experience
• Manage scheduling, labor, and overall operational efficiency
• Uphold brand standards while bringing fresh ideas and energy to the operation
• Support private events and activations, contributing to a lively and dynamic atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, upscale or lifestyle-driven environment
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first mentality
• Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• NYC experience strongly preferred
