Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Certified Phlebotomist role located in Wake Forest, NC. The Certified Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples, managing laboratory responsibilities, and assisting with medical procedures. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring proper specimen handling, maintaining medical records, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills
- Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and foundational Medicine
- Experience in Medical Assisting and supporting clinical procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and medical staff
- Certifications: Certified Phlebotomist accreditation is required
- Bilingual abilities and prior experience in hematology/oncology settings are a plus
