About the Role
Personal Touch Landscape is looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician to support our maintenance operations across Oahu.
This role focuses on irrigation system repairs, troubleshooting, and service work. We are looking for someone who can work independently in the field, identify issues, and take ownership of keeping systems operating properly.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair irrigation systems including valves, leaks, broken heads, and controllers
- Troubleshoot system issues such as pressure problems, coverage gaps, and zone failures
- Perform routine system checks and preventative maintenance
- Repair and maintain drip and spray systems
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and account managers regarding findings and repairs
- Maintain tools, materials, and organization of assigned work
- Support overall landscape operations as needed
What Success Looks Like
- Irrigation issues are identified and resolved without repeated callbacks
- Systems are operating efficiently with proper coverage and minimal waste
- Work is completed with attention to detail and quality
- Communication with the team is consistent and reliable
Experience & Requirements
- 3 years of irrigation or landscape maintenance experience
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Irrigation systems (valves, controllers, drip, spray)
- Troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks in the field
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions

Compensation & Benefits
- $28 – $35/hr DOE
