Responsibilities include: providing medical treatment, diagnosis, and consultation to walk-in patients, performing and interpreting tests, managing procedures such as laceration repair and orthopedic injuries, prescribing treatments and medications, providing referrals, and documenting patient care.
Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited institution, appropriate certification (AANC/AANP for NPs, NCCPA for PAs), NY state licensure, and ACLS certification.
Skills: strong clinical judgment, patient communication, ability to perform procedures, and teamwork.
Additional info: No on-call or overnight shifts, open weekdays and weekends, competitive compensation with bonuses, malpractice insurance, and access to in-house provider care.
