Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents with feeding, swallowing, speech, and communication disorders; develop individualized treatment plans; perform and interpret outpatient Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS); participate in NICU Follow-Up Clinic assessments; collaborate with healthcare teams and families; contribute to program development and quality improvement; and ensure compliant documentation.
Qualifications & Skills: Current Montana SLP license or ability to obtain; experience treating pediatric patients; BLS/RQI certification; preferred ASHA CCC-SLP, two years pediatric outpatient experience, and expertise in feeding/swallowing disorders and MBSS.
Key Duties: Work across outpatient and NICU clinics, support developmental outcomes, and provide compassionate, evidence-based care, impacting children's growth and development.
