- Performing assessments and interventions while respecting patient self-determination and reducing health disparities.
- Working closely with interdisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Adhering to NASW standards, ethics, and organizational mission.
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited or candidate CSWE program.
- Licensed in Oregon, Washington, or other relevant states upon hire.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant social work experience, including CSWA experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and care planning skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and patient-centered care.
