- Assist with patient care activities to promote recovery and safety.
- Communicate effectively with therapists and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Observe and document patient responses as directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6–12 months of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting (preferred).
- CPR certification required.
- Effective communication, teamwork, reliability, and time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, perform safe patient transport, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Compassionate and dedicated to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
