- Advise clients on FDA and USDA regulatory and compliance matters across product lifecycle
- Provide guidance on product development, labeling, advertising, safety, adverse events, recalls, inspections, and remediation
- Draft regulatory analyses, advisories, policies, and agency submissions
- Develop practical regulatory strategies in collaboration with clients
- Collaborate on complex regulatory, enforcement, and transactional issues
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academics
- 3–5 years of FDA regulatory experience at a law firm or FDA/USDA
- Experience advising FDA- and USDA-regulated sectors such as food, beverage, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or medical devices
- Strong analytical, drafting, communication skills, and ability to manage matters independently
- Interest in counseling fast-growing consumer brands and retailers
- Admission to or eligibility for state bar
