Role Overview: Provides professional, individualized nursing care within a designated unit, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans based on the nursing process and patient needs.
Key Responsibilities: Acts as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment to direct healthcare team members. Evaluates nursing practice quality and effectiveness, participates in hourly rounding, and observes safety protocols. May serve as shift supervisor or charge nurse.

- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience; IR experience preferred
- Registered Nurse license in the state; CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable
- Effective interpersonal skills, teamwork, customer service, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
