- Provide evidence-based post-surgical and acute orthopedic and spine care
- Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, manage wounds and pain
- Educate patients on their care plans
- Collaborate with surgeons, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure safe discharges
- Accurately document in the EMR and support quality and safety initiatives
- Precept and mentor as needed
- Participate in ongoing learning within a compassionate, patient-centered culture
- Current RN licensure
- Experience or knowledge in orthopedic and spine care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and continuous learning
