- Graduation from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred, including PRN roles
- Current Georgia RN licensure and/or multistate license (NLC/eNLC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional certifications in specialty areas, if applicable
