- Provide clinical care, including diagnosing, prescribing medications, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to protocols and regulations, including HIPAA.
- Engage with clinical leadership to resolve patient concerns and improve care.
- Participate in telehealth services, managing patient follow-up efficiently.
- Support new employee onboarding and ongoing training.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and uphold company values.
- Perform on-call duties as needed and comply with all licensing and credentialing requirements.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) with 1 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Active license, DEA, and DOT certification required within specified timeframes.
- Experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, or family practice preferred.
- Proven telehealth experience and ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
