- Recruit, hire, orient, supervise, and coordinate personal care attendants
- Assess recipient needs and assign appropriate care providers
- Monitor service quality and recipient satisfaction
- Review and authorize billing for personal care and nursing services
- Assist with marketing and reporting of services
- Knowledge of elderly and disabled needs
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in computer software
- Ability to perform physical tasks and pass background checks
- Licensed Practical Nurse license with up to 2 years of experience; in-home care experience is a plus
