Role: Support individuals with substance use recovery by leveraging personal lived experience and professional training.
Responsibilities: Provide face-to-face peer support, engage clients to consider or maintain treatment, and connect them to community resources.
Qualifications: Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, CRPA certification, and at least 180 days in recovery or extensive addiction knowledge.
Skills: Ability to build supportive relationships, network with facilities, and travel to various clinics and outreach sites.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license preferred, willingness to travel to off-site locations, complete 50 hours of training in advocacy, mentoring, recovery wellness, and ethical responsibilities.
Shift and Compensation: Evening shift, $22-$26 per hour.
