- Developing personalized treatment plans to enhance independence and compensate for functional losses.
- Administering care according to physician orders and established care plans.
- Teaching patients and family members about therapeutic exercises and care strategies.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members and supervising care under the direction of the Branch Director.
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the practicing state.
- Preferably, at least one year of experience, with flexibility for less based on prior experience and approval.
- Experience in Medicare home health is a plus.
