- Conduct in-person education and home visits during territory coverage and vacancy periods.
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow protocols, and track KPIs and compliance metrics.
- Connect patients with program-approved resources and facilitate provider-patient communication.
- Collaborate with District Managers on training, onboarding, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Active RN license in good standing; multi-state compact preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; BSN preferred.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
- Proficiency with virtual platforms, MS Office, iPad, and documentation systems.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Private home workspace and ability to travel up to 50%.
