- Coordinates daily operations to ensure high-quality exams, safe patient care, and customer satisfaction.
- Applies thorough knowledge of radiologic principles to select optimal techniques and positioning, ensuring accurate results.
- Develops and implements appropriate procedure or treatment plans following hospital protocols.
- Completes documentation to comply with hospital policies.
- Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition to ensure safety for patients and staff.
- Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold care standards.
- Achieves assigned goals effectively.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an acute care or similar setting.
- Registered with ARRT in Radiography and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- State license as required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
