LPN Dispensing Nurse - Part Time

Seeking a Part-Time LPN Dispensing Nurse to provide outpatient medication-assisted treatment for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder.

Responsibilities include

• preparing and administering medications accurately under supervision
• documenting care and medication records promptly
• maintaining medication inventory in compliance with regulatory standards
• conducting lab sample processing, intake assessments, and monitoring patient outcomes
• potentially transporting medication or working on mobile units
• performing additional duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications include

• graduation from an accredited nursing program (LPN/LVN)
• preferably 1 year experience in behavioral health, outpatient, or addiction recovery
• proficiency with EMR and clinical software
• skills in patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
• current Indiana LPN/LVN license and CPR certification
  
  

Preferred experience involves familiarity with MAT medications, medication dispensing, and regulatory compliance. The role requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, patient-centered care.
