LPN 1x1 Homecare Nursing

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing 1-on-1 homecare nursing for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
• Monitor signs and symptoms for physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data; document nursing diagnoses.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Preferably, at least one year of professional nursing experience.
