Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business plans to meet sales targets, foster relationships with decision-makers, and collaborate across teams to promote Celltrion's biosimilar portfolio.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize product positioning.
Manage negotiations and contracts with key accounts, address reimbursement challenges, and support on-label prescribing through provider engagement.
Monitor account performance and report metrics, working closely with sales and market access teams.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 10 years in pharma-commercial roles with biologics and biosimilars experience, strong business acumen, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%, with a Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees preferred).
