Inpatient Care Manager RN

We are seeking dedicated Inpatient Care Manager RN professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assessing and planning patient care
• Coordinating care and resource utilization review
• Developing discharge plans and documenting interventions
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and advocating for patients
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or diploma
• Texas Registered Nurse License
• At least 2 years of acute care experience in Medical-Surgical or inpatient settings
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (within 3 years of hire)
• Experience in care management or utilization review
• Completion of TIPS or Case Management Orientation Program
  
  

Skills and Attributes: Strong assessment, care coordination, documentation, regulatory knowledge, and patient advocacy skills. Must be able to commute onsite.
