- Track and report patient progress to the care team, physicians, and families, submitting all necessary evaluations and summaries.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA approved).
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license.
- CPR certification.
- Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals.
