- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting resident condition changes
- Collaborating with healthcare team members, including physicians and therapists
- Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies
- Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care to promote dignity and well-being
- Active RN or LPN license in Maryland
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
