Position Overview

Ellicott City Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team full time. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to residents while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and facility policies

• Deliver compassionate care that promotes dignity, comfort, and well-being

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in the state of Maryland

• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Schedule

• Full-time (shift availability may include days, evenings, nights, and/or weekends)
