Float Pool Registered Nurse

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in both Acute Care and Emergency Department settings, collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver compassionate and individualized care following established models and standards.

Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care, advocate for patients and families, and support clinical outcomes aligned with organizational values. Float between departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum one year of RN experience, preferably in ER or hospital nursing
• Associate Degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree is preferred
• Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC license may apply
• Certifications in BLS, ALCS, PALS, and CPI
