Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care, assess medical histories, symptoms, and diagnostics to develop accurate diagnoses.
- Lead clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service and coordinate with clinical leadership.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; educate patients on treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA.
- Implement clinical protocols and participate in team meetings and training.
- Support new employee onboarding and foster a positive, respectful work environment.
- Engage in community outreach activities and virtual patient consultations.
- Adhere to company standards, promote confidentiality, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Perform on-call duties as needed and meet productivity targets.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
- 1-2 years of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
- Active license, DEA registration, and ability to treat all ages; DOT certification within 120 days.
- Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Preferred experience with telehealth and knowledge of compliance regulations.
