Dietary Supervisor - Full Time Days

Role: Dietary Supervisor responsible for managing daily operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department, including overseeing diet and menu planning, food dispensing, and supply distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise food service functions and ensure quality management standards are met.
• Assist with budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation, including hiring and training staff.
• Maintain compliance with laws and regulations related to healthcare and nutrition.
• Collaborate on process improvements, participate in staff meetings, and support organizational initiatives.
• Ensure staff certifications are current and promote a positive, productive work environment.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of three years' experience in food services or relevant area.
• Preferred certification: CDM or registered dietitian; Serv Safe certification within a year if necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
