We are seeking a Crisis Therapist to provide immediate, high-quality crisis support to youth and families in the community.

- Conducting assessments and delivering crisis interventions
- Developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans
- Collaborating with families, schools, hospitals, law enforcement, and community providers
- Providing care in various settings such as homes, schools, or community-based locations
- Maintaining accurate client and staff records
- Participating in supervision, training, and team meetings
- Transporting clients as needed and adhering to safety protocols
- Master's Degree or higher in a related field
- Licensure such as LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist preferred)
- Experience with trauma, mental health, or substance use disorders is preferred
- Valid Driver's License for transportation requirements
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining certifications
