Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with medical providers and the care team to ensure positive clinical outcomes and an outstanding patient experience.
Provide compassionate, comprehensive care, advocate for patients and families, and ensure adherence to standards of practice and safety protocols.
- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.
- Perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, and document care thoroughly.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues effectively.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex information for understanding.
- Must obtain Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications within specified timeframes.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required within 90 days of employment.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
