Registered Nurse - Clinical Decision Unit

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Clinical Decision Unit, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with department standards and practice guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, identifying and reporting changes.
• Perform medical procedures, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and respond to adverse reactions.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex information for clarity.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Certifications including Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of employment.
• Registration as an RN within 90 days.
