- Developing individualized service plans in collaboration with treatment teams and supervisors.
- Connecting clients with community resources and following up on referrals to ensure success.
- Completing all documentation accurately and within established timeframes.
- Meeting with clients weekly or bi-weekly for up to 12 months and participating in treatment team meetings.
- Serving as a liaison with other professionals and agencies involved with clients.
- Recruting new referrals to maintain caseloads and providing 24/7 on-call support as required.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Master’s degree in human services or related fields and relevant licensure or credentialing for Mississippi.
- Bachelor’s degree with experience working with children and families for Florida.
